This policy applies to all bookings at the Campus at Stampede Park, including internal programs, campus residents, and third-party events. However, please note that some third-party bookings may have different cancellation periods depending on their rental agreements.

Booking Intent:

When submitting a space booking, it implies a genuine intent to utilize the reserved space. We aim to avoid turning away potential bookings due to holds made as a precautionary measure for potential needs. Our priority is to support programs while maintaining fairness and availability for all.

Definition:

This cancellation policy applies specifically to event rental space for the Campus at Stampede Park. For further clarity, reducing hours or changing spaces is considered a cancellation.

Terms of Cancellation:

• No justification is required for cancellations made outside of the stipulated window. However, we kindly request minimal information for our records.

Notice Periods:

• External one-off events require a minimum of 90 days' notice.
• Internal programs and resident programs require a minimum of 30 days' notice.

Additional notes:

• If the cancellation is submitted on a weekend or holiday, the period begins on the following business day.

Cancellation Process:

• External one-off events: A written notice addressed to your event manager is mandatory.
