Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all Campus venues are maintained in a clean, guest-ready state at all times. Cleaning fees support consistent standards of cleanliness, help preserve facility condition, and ensure smooth transitions between events.

Scope

This policy applies to all venues at the Campus at Stampede Park. Cleaning fees may be charged for internal and external events based on the space used and the level of cleaning required following the event.

Policy

1. Mandatory Cleaning Fees

Cleaning fees are automatically applied to all bookings in the following spaces:

• Doherty Hall
• TransAlta Performing Arts Studios - Outdoor Washrooms

These spaces require post-event cleaning regardless of event type.

Other spaces cleaning may requested, or automatically based on the event type.

2. Conditional Cleaning Fees

For all other Campus venues, cleaning fees may be applied on an as-needed basis. Cleaning charges will be determined by the Campus team based on:

• The nature and size of the event
• Food and beverage use
• Setup and teardown requirements
• Condition of the space after use
