Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide clarity on the equipment included in a standard rental of Doherty Hall. It outlines the base equipment provided with each rental and highlights what additional items may be requested, subject to availability and notice requirements.

Scope

This policy applies to all events held at Doherty Hall. As per Doherty Hall's venue guidelines, we do not supply technicians for events, and any requests for additional items outside the standard list require a minimum of 5 business days' notice for fulfillment.

All event-critical technical needs must be reflected in the event plan to ensure proper setup and equipment availability; including items included in the base rental.

Rented equipment is subject to additional charges and is subject to availability.
