The purpose of this policy is to define the conditions under which early access to Campus venues may be granted. Early access is intended to support efficient event setup while maintaining fair access, venue readiness, and scheduling integrity.
This policy applies to all internal and external events held at the Campus at Stampede Park, regardless of venue, booking type, or rate structure.
Early access refers to limited, non-public access to a venue outside of the scheduled booking time, provided solely to support advance setup activities.
Early access is not guaranteed and is granted only when the venue is available and does not conflict with other bookings, operational requirements, or venue readiness needs.
Early access may be used only for light setup activities, including but not limited to:
Early access does not include access for rehearsals, technical run-throughs, or event programming.
