Purpose

The purpose of the Publish Event form is to let other departments know about the event so that they can support it. This form acts as an email, the relevant departments will be notified based on the criteria entered.

The event MUST be published if it meets the following criteria:

  1. The event has more than 150 Guests
  2. The event takes place outside of regular business hours
  3. The event occurs outside or in multiple venues.
  4. If there are ANY CS Service/Work Orders required.
    1. CS will NOT fullfill work orders for events unless they have been “Published” </aside>

All Events must be published a minimum of 5 Business days prior to move-in.

The detailed Event Plan MUST be attached to this form.
