These policies apply to all internal and external stakeholders who wish to book space for events or activities at the Campus. It outlines the booking procedures and fees applicable to third-party and internal bookings.
Continuous Booking Charge: If a booking includes a gap in the schedule (i.e., there is an unused period between reserved times), the renter will be charged for the entire time block, including the gap, as the space cannot be reasonably rented to another party during that period.
