Half-Day Booking Policy

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to clearly define what constitutes a half-day booking at the Campus at Stampede Park. Establishing a consistent definition ensures fair application of rates, accurate scheduling, and efficient use of Campus spaces.

Scope

This policy applies to external bookings at venues that are bill using full-day rental structures. It does not apply to venues that are charged on an hourly basis.


Policy

1. Definition of a Half-Day Booking

A half-day booking is defined as a single space booking with a total duration of less than four (4) consecutive hours.

The total duration includes all scheduled access time, including but not limited to:

Time is measured from the scheduled start of access to the scheduled end of access for the booking.
