Rehearsal Rate Policy

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to define the conditions under which rehearsal rates may be applied at the Campus at Stampede Park. Rehearsal rates are intended to support performance preparation while ensuring appropriate use of venues and consistent application of rental fees.

Scope

This policy applies exclusively to Doherty Hall and describes the eligibility and conditions for rehearsal-only use of the space.

Policy

1. Eligibility

Rehearsal rates may only be applied when one of the following conditions is met:

• The client has a related public performance booked at the Campus, or
• The client is a Campus Resident organization or program.

Rehearsal rates are not available for standalone rehearsals that are not connected to a public performance or Campus residency.

2. Permitted Use

Use of Doherty Hall under the rehearsal rate is limited to rehearsal and preparation activities only.

The following conditions apply:

• Access is restricted to performers and essential crew
• No audience members, guests, or public access is permitted
• No ticketed activity, public presentation, or performance may occur during rehearsal time
